Berlinde De Bruyckere

It almost seemed a lily VI, 2018 - 2021

The Ghent artist Berlinde De Bruyckere (1964) gained international fame with her installations. She was awarded an institutional honorary doctorate from Ghent University. This wax and textile wall sculpture framed by oak panels adorns the Reception Area of the Boekentoren as a permanent installation.
